In this day and age of dealing with faceless customer service reps on the phone I am thankful to have John LoGiudice and Terri . John and Terri both go the extra mile to resolve issues and help you to understand things if and when they come up. I can't say enough great things about John and how he runs his Allstate Office. Trust worthy, Honest and the absolute best in the industry. Like I said- 30 yrs I've been with John for insurance for both my home and my cars.
